Would we be right in suggesting that when your clients come to you with a valve or pump in need of repair what they want to hear is, “Sure. No problem. We can do that for you right away”?
Our guess is that it wouldn’t go down quite so well if you said, “Sure. No problem. We can do that for you when we manage to track down the right materials…I’m not sure how long that will take…We may struggle to get that exact metal…”
