Responsibilities:
In this multi-faceted role, you will be involved in various aspects of our operations, including:
Office Duties:
Answering phones and providing excellent customer service.
Inputting data into our CRM system.
Processing orders promptly and accurately.
Additional Tasks:
Flexibility is key, as you may be required to perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualities:
A strong desire to work collaboratively as part of a team.
A robust work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Previous experience in both admin and sales would be advantageous.
Position Details:
Full-time position, 5 days per week.
Considerations may be made for flexibility to accommodate individual circumstances.
ISO Accreditation and Internal Policies:
Our company maintains ISO accreditation and adherence to internal policies is crucial. Are you willing to comply with our internal policies and procedures related to quality standards, safety protocols, and any other guidelines outlined in our ISO accreditation?
Other requirements:
A valid driver’s license, a drug test, and a background check, under local law/regulations.
Please advise us of any customer service and warehouse experience you might have.
